Travel & Tourism DMO Commercial Trip

Hylink is appointed by a well-known DMO in the U.S. to development and implement its destination marketing strategies in China. Hylink organizes several commercial trips to raise the DMO’s brand awareness in the market, engaging major travel agents, airport and airlines, hotel and hospitality groups, destination organizations and travel trade media in China. The objective of the trip was to increase commercial opportunities and realtime deal-making in the travel space between the DMO and their Chinese partners.

Travel & Tourism DMO Consumer FAM Trip

As the agency of record, Hylink endeavors to help our client, one of the biggest travel & tourism DMOs in the US, to raise brand awareness in Chinese consumer market by organizing FAM trips. Hylink partners with major local travel agents and tour operators to host the familiarisation trips in China, creating awareness on U.S. destinations and promote the DMO’s brand during the trip. The trip is highly educational to our clients as they learn directly from digital, traditional, and other sources in travel on how to position themselves.

Health & Medical Brand FAM Trip

Hylink hosts medical & health trade and media FAM trip for our healthcare client, a major medical and health provider. The main purpose of the trip is to showcase the capability of our client’s health care services and develop international patients by introducing the U.S. as a destination for medical tourism. During the trip, Hylink engages in live deal-making, commercial ties, and new MOUs with actionable followups.

US China Travel Summit

On behalf of our client, an American DMO, Hylink participartes and arranges components of the US-China Travel Summit, which alternates between the US and China annually. The obectives is to foster relationships between our client and major trade partners in China and enhance its brand influence in Chinese market. Through the summit, Hylink works together with our client to continuously improve the development of China-US tourism in the consumer and trade sectors and jointly contribute to the cultural and economic communications between the two countries.
